Our 3.5″ turbo back exhaust system was designed specifically to suit Mazda FD3S Rx-7’s running the Artec T4 turbo manifold and Turbosmart Pro-Gate 50 wastegate. These systems are fabricated in-house on our purpose built jigs for the best possible fitment and repeatability. X-Force stainless polished mufflers and resonators are fitted as standard, providing a great compromise between ground clearance, noise reduction and flow capability. All components are made from 304 grade stainless steel. We use a CNC tube laser to cut all straight lengths, 02 sensor ports and wastegate merges, for superior weld purity and fitment during the TIG welding process. New exhaust rubbers are provided to replace worn factory units as standard.
Configuration Options
Available configurations include:
- Downpipe (3.5″ v-band or OEM 3″ 2 bolt outlet flange)
- Downpipe & Mid Pipe (3.5″ v-band or OEM 3″ 2 bolt outlet flange)
- Mid Pipe & Rear Pipe (Fabricate your own downpipe)
- Complete 3.5″ v-band system
- High flow 100CPI catalytic converter or de-cat Mid Pipe
- Screamer pipe or recirculated wastegate pipe
These systems are made to order specifically to suit your vehicle, with a 2-3 week lead time. Progress updates and pictures are sent during the fabrication process. For international orders, the rear section is supplied in two pieces with a slip joint to reduce shipping length and cost. Domestic Australian orders can be supplied as a one-piece rear section where practical. * NOTE: Factory underbody mid-brace requires either removal, or spacing downwards for exhaust clearance (spacers supplied in all kits). We also offer a high-clearance underbody brace as a direct replacement which gives correct spacing for the exhaust system.
