3D Printed Turbo Manifold Merge Collector 4-1

Designed to suit Garrett G25-G35 and Pulsar V-band inlet turbochargers, our one-piece 316L stainless steel collector eliminates hours of cutting, fitting and fabrication compared to traditional fabricated collectors. By integrating the merge and wastegate provision into a single printed component, fabrication time is reduced while improving consistency and reducing potential weld failure points.

• 18 degree merge angle for a good compromise between flow and weld access for fabricators
• Counterbored wastegate port, direct fit for a 40mm wastegate inlet flange- perfect for tight engine bays
• 316L metal 3D printed construction
• 1.25″ runners, pre-bevelled for commonly used 32NB steam pipe
• 1/4NPT EMAP/EGT Port
