SERVICES

Automotive Fabrication & Tig Welding
We specialise in custom fabricating a wide range of products for your performance vehicle, including stainless steel exhaust systems, headers/turbo manifolds, intercooler pipes/end tanks, cold air intakes, and complete engine conversions. We can weld and fabricate just about anything, from stainless and mild steel, aluminium, titanium, and cast iron/aluminium. We use only the best tooling and processes to create reliable, great looking products. We offer a range of material and component options to accomodate all budgets.

3D Scanning/CAD drafting/Reverse Engineering
Need a part designed and can’t get your car to the workshop? Want to check your engine conversion is going to clear critical components before dropping the engine in the car? Have an idea for a part you’d like to start producing? Contact us and book in for a 3D scan (Brisbane residents only). We can complete on-site 3D scanning of your vehicle or component, CAD design and manufacture your required parts, or simply check for clearances and supply processed files for your own drafting purposes.

Metal 3D printing
Metal 3D printing opens up a whole world of possibilities for custom parts, especially for intricate designs and internal structures where a CNC end-mill just wont cut it. We have extensive experience in creating, welding and testing designs from 3D printed metals. Some applications of our parts are: stainless steel turbo downpipe flanges, radiator mount brackets, aluminium intercooler bulkhead fittings, and tool steel dies used for forming metal shapes using a hydraulic press. Materials supported for 3D printing are 316L stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, inconel, aswell as high strength tool steels such as 17-4PH and 18Ni-300.

CNC Machining/Laser Cutting
We use CNC machined and laser cut components extensively in our fabrication process, and can assist with both tube and flat sheet CNC laser cutting solutions. We can either design the parts you need supplied, or supply quotes for your cutting files.
