Our Kia Picanto GT downpipe features an inlet flange made from 3D printed 316L stainless steel, for a perfect transition from the Kia 4 bolt flange to a 3″ tube. This design offers increased flow compared to a traditional laser cut flange with press formed tube. With no welds to fail in this highly stressed area, the reliability of the downpipe is also enhanced. When combined with a free flowing exhaust system, we have dyno tested power increases of 10-15% at the wheels.
