Designed and manufactured in Australia by Metal Sculpt, these 2″ stainless steel exhaust headers have been developed specifically for Mazda 323 rotary engine conversions. Based on our proven FB RX-7 exhaust header design, the Mazda 323 version features revised tube routing and outlet positioning to accommodate the tighter steering-box clearance found in the 323 engine bay. Each set is manufactured using dedicated production jigs to ensure consistent geometry and repeatable fitment, with back-purged TIG welding throughout. All header sets are surfaced after welding for a perfect leak-free seal.

Fitment Information
Developed and test-fitted on a Mazda 323 fitted with:
- 13B rotary engine
- Pac Performance engine crossmember
- Mazda RX-8 six-speed manual transmission
The headers were designed around this configuration and position the exhaust outlets for suitable downstream exhaust routing.
Other rotary transmission configurations, including Series 1–3 RX-7 and Series 5-8 turbo gearboxes, may also be compatible, although these combinations have not yet been physically verified.
Important: Fitment may vary depending on engine mounting position, steering components, transmission selection and other conversion modifications. Please contact Metal Sculpt to confirm before ordering if your vehicle uses a different conversion configuration. Headers are made to order with a 2-3 week lead time depending on configuration.
